Privacy
The Visibliss AI visibility check is a free service from Star Valley Labs. It needs no account.
What we collect
The domain you ask about; the public pages we fetch from that site; the questions we draft from that site's text; the answers an OpenAI model returned and the links in them; usage and cost records for those calls; timestamps; and a one-way hash of a caller identifier (an anonymized user id sent by the chat platform, or the connecting IP address) used only to count the weekly allowance and daily limits.
What we do not do
We do not ask for or store names, email addresses or chat contents. We do not use data from checks for marketing or outreach, and we do not sell it.
Who processes it
Questions and site text are sent to OpenAI to draft questions and produce answers. Records are stored in a Turso database. The service runs on Fly.io. Fonts are served from this site.
How long we keep it
A result is reused for 7 days for the same domain. Retention after that is set before launch and stated here.
